What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery or Credit Card payments. This includes Visa or Mastercard.
a. For payments via credit card, payment has to be made instantly. Please ensure that you reach the credit card payment gateway page via 1HomeShop.sg website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.
c. Cash on Delivery payment is only valid for orders that have selected the delivery option.
How can I change my order after it has been placed?
It is not possible for us to alter your order once it has been processed and shipped. However, you may email us immediately after placing your order, and we will see if we can make any changes for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
We will only accept exchange requests if:
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
We will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer's change of mind once payment is accepted. All exchange will be reviewed and 1HomeShop.sg reserves the right to perform remedies including:
- Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
- Refund in cash less all shipping fees

We are opened from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.
Please do call in advance to confirm availability of stock and to reserve your items so we can prepare your order in advance!

How much is shipping?
Shipping locally (Singapore) is calculated automatically upon checkout, charged at $10 per transaction. For orders above $50, delivery is free.
For Singapore local shipping: Within 3 - 6 working days.
You may kindly state and request for specific delivery date under "Order Note" during your purchase. (Subject to availability)
When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Singapore time.
Do you require someone to be at the delivery location?
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship to customers in Singapore currently. However, if you would like us to ship to you, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and contact details so that we may liase with you directly.
*Do note that overseas shipping charges will be borne by customer, so we will need to check on the rates before getting back to you.
